The Sindh Rangers on Saturday arrested 11 suspects during raids in the city.According to a Rangers spokesperson, Shahid alias Mout Ki Machine was arrested in Zaman Town for being involved in a murder case.During a raid in Memon Goth, Yasir Khan alias Kaka and Sheraz Qavi alias Bablu were apprehended for their involvement in a number of street crime cases.Moreover, soldiers arrested eight suspects in Sohrab Goth, Zaman Town, Baldia Town, Saeedabad, Madina Colony and Baghdadi. The suspects were identified as Daulat Khan, Sikandar Ali, Sajid, Sheraz, Moosa, Ejaz, Akhtar alias Google and Shahid alias French, and they were said involved in snatching cases, drug peddling and possessing illegal arms.Drugs, arms and ammunition were seized from the suspects. They were later handed over to police for further legal proceedings.On Friday, the Rangers arrested a suspect wanted by the law enforcement agencies in various cases of street crime and robberies.According to the Rangers spokesperson, the suspect was identified as Tariq and he was arrested during a raid conducted on a tip-off in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area. The spokesperson said he was involved in various cases of street crime and robberies committed in several parts of the city. The suspect, during the initial course of interrogation, confessed that he and his companions were involved in more than 100 cases of street crime.
